A smile I wanted
to keep.
Haru has a smile I always want to capture. That happy-looking little face makes an ordinary moment feel worth keeping.
As his owner, I wanted another way to celebrate it—something that could bring his familiar face into the everyday moments we share.

A custom projection light gave me a way to do that. Haru’s photo became a little image of his own, projected onto the ground during our walks. The face I loved seeing in photographs was suddenly part of the walk itself, with Haru right there beside me.
Projection appearance varies with lighting, distance and surface.
03Then the questions began.

The first time we used it, people were curious. They asked about the light and how they could customize one for their own pet. A little image on the pavement had started a conversation. Those questions helped me see how this light could bring pet people together.

That is the community I hope to build through sweaty-paws: a place for more faces, names, and personalities. I will take personal responsibility for the experience from end to end—from working on your pet’s design and coordinating production to following your order through delivery. Each light represents a pet who matters to someone, and a person trusting me with the details.

My hope is that these little lights will become the beginning of more shared moments: a conversation on an evening walk, a photograph sent to another pet parent, or a story about the face shining at your feet. Haru’s smile gave me a reason to begin.
