What if my item arrives damaged?
This item is custom-made using your submitted pet photo, pet name, and selected design. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or after artwork approval; they are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or does not match the approved customization, contact us for support. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Does the LED get hot?
The LED light may become warm during use. Avoid prolonged skin contact, keep it away from areas children or pets can touch, and allow it to cool before handling or storing.
Is this a 3D hologram or memorial gift?
This custom pet projector light is different from an acrylic photo plaque or a 3D hologram. It is not only a pet memorial gift: it celebrates everyday life with your pet, too.
