What photo works best?
Use a bright, sharp, front-facing photo with your pet's whole face visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, blurry images, cropped ears, and very dark backgrounds.
Do I need to provide a pet name?
Yes. A pet photo and pet name are required because every light is created for one pet.
How long will my order take?
Artwork and customization take approximately 7 days before dispatch. International shipping takes approximately 30 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can vary because of customs and local carriers.
Will the projection look exactly like my preview?
Brightness and sharpness vary with the source photo, projection distance, room lighting, and the color and texture of the projection surface.
Does the LED get warm?
The LED can become warm during use. Allow it to cool before handling or storing, and keep it away from areas children or pets can touch.
Is this a 3D hologram or an acrylic photo plaque?
No. This custom pet projector light is different from an acrylic photo plaque, a fixed LED portrait lamp, or a 3D hologram display box. It uses your pet photo, name, and selected style to create a projection-light experience.
Is it only a pet memorial gift?
No. It is not only a pet memorial gift. It is also a personalized gift for current pet parents, dog lovers, everyday walks, and meaningful celebrations. A customer may choose it as a memorial keepsake when that feels personally appropriate.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or after artwork approval. If your item arrives damaged or does not match the approved customization, contact support.
