Shipping Policy

sweatypaws ships custom pet projection lights internationally. The timing below is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Production time
Artwork and customization take approximately 7 days before dispatch. Production begins after your PayPal payment is confirmed and we have the required pet photo and order details.
International delivery
International shipping typically takes approximately 30 days after dispatch. The total estimated journey from order to delivery is approximately 5–6 weeks.
Taxes & standard shipping included over US$79
For eligible destinations, orders over US$79 include standard shipping and taxes in the checkout total. We do not add a separate standard-shipping or tax charge for a qualifying order. This offer does not include upgraded or expedited shipping, remote-area surcharges, or costs caused by an incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or an uncollected parcel.
Customs and delivery timing
Customs may still inspect or delay a shipment, and local carriers, weather, and other events can affect delivery. We cannot control customs processing or carrier timing. Where a local authority legally requires a charge directly from a recipient, or a destination is not eligible for the offer, we will explain the available options before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee changes once customization or dispatch has begun.
