A small light for shared moments needs clear boundaries. Read these care instructions before attaching or charging your sweatypaws product.
Light and eyes
Use the projection toward the ground or another suitable surface. Do not aim the light at a pet's or person's eyes, and do not hold the source there for a prolonged period. This product is a projection-light accessory, not a dog toy.
Supervise every use
Replaceable lenses, clips, fasteners, and other small parts can create a choking or swallowing hazard. Use only with full adult supervision. Remove the product before a pet is left alone, crated, sleeping, swimming, chewing, rough-playing, or running vigorously.
Water and wear
Not waterproof. Do not immerse, wash, swim with, use in heavy rain, or allow the product to enter deep puddles. Light incidental splashes are not a water-resistance guarantee. Do not use a device with a damaged housing, lens, strap, clip, or charging port.
Charging and heat
Follow the charging instructions supplied with your fulfilled product. Do not charge while attached to a pet. Stop use and contact support if the product becomes unusually hot, swollen, damaged, or malfunctions. Charging instructions will be updated only when they are verified for the fulfilled configuration.
Documentation scope
We review documentation for the TY7 configuration covering electromagnetic emissions, FCC emissions, RoHS material restrictions, and battery transport testing. These categories do not claim a water-resistance rating, chew-proof construction, unsupervised use, or optical-safety certification. Ask support if you need to verify the documentation scope for your order.
Voluntary warranty boundaries
Chewing, scratching, impact, rough play, prohibited water exposure, misuse, normal wear, incorrect charging, and unauthorised changes are not automatically manufacturing defects. These boundaries apply only to our voluntary warranty and do not affect remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
