These terms apply when you browse, customize, or purchase a sweatypaws custom pet projection light.
Custom orders
Each light is made from the pet photo, pet name, and illustrated style you submit. Please provide accurate information and a clear, front-facing pet photo. You confirm that you have the right to provide any photo and content submitted with your order.
Product appearance and use
Projected brightness, sharpness, size, and color vary with the source photo, projection distance, room lighting, and projection surface. The LED light may become warm during use; allow it to cool before handling or storing, and keep it away from areas children or pets can touch.
Safe use and supervision
The product is a projection-light accessory, not a dog toy. Use it only under full adult supervision and according to the Safety & Care instructions. Do not direct the light into eyes, leave it attached to an unattended pet, or allow access to replaceable lenses, clips, fasteners, or other small parts. If a pet may have swallowed a part, stop use and seek prompt veterinary advice.
Misuse and voluntary warranty
To the extent permitted by law, our voluntary warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, scratching, rough play, impact, unauthorised changes, incorrect charging, normal wear, or water exposure contrary to the Safety & Care instructions. This is not a waiver of consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted after successful PayPal payment and creation of an order ticket. We may contact you if submitted customization details are incomplete or unsuitable for production.
Final sale
Because custom orders are made specifically for your pet, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, sweatypaws is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use contrary to the supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where a limitation is not permitted by law.
